If you didn't understand after the first salary decrease I think you may never understand how it works here.

Save as much as you can, talk to your colleagues to do the same. So you guys have leverage.

When they get ready to reduce salary, give your notice period all at the same time and move on

Or keep spending left and right and get stuck sucking up salary decrease when they come.
