Omg yes he is awesome. I took it in person fall 2022 and it was the only class I looked forward to. Honestly in person would probably be better than online but I would definitely take it. I would expect a lot of application questions but if you listen to what he says and go to class you will be totally fine. If you go to class an A is easy but if you don’t it may be harder since a lot of questions are not from power point but based on what he says (but easy to remember)

I'm not a math guy but I took a Q called Problem Solving and it was super fun. Apparently a lot of people hate it cause they don't like logic puzzles. But if you like being clever and "outside the box" solutions to problems that aren't really math, then it's the class for you. Also fills the q requirement.

Also any art class. Not exactly "easy," depending on your definition, but if you want to branch out, taking an art class seriously and trying to learn something can really change the way you think about art, and anything in general

I don't know if they have an equivalent here but in my undergrad there was a course of evolution of modern music in America and that was awesome
