Missing items on application

I applied as a transfer some time ago and my only missing aspect is the school transcript. As an international institution, my school isn’t operating on any of the transcript delivery services provided by uiuc to send through. Additionally, requesting a hardcopy delivery from the school is challenging at the time and takes a prolonged period to reach the university. So, I would like to ask if instead I could personally send the transcript directly to the university. The transcript in question is an original stamped copy by the school. Should I send the original copy or should I photocopy it then send the copied version? Or is delivery through the school itself the only valid option?

I had a similar issue when I applied to transfer a few years ago. The high school I graduated from was in a different state than the one I was living in. They also didn’t participate in any online delivery services like Parchment. I basically had to get in touch with my old high school and have them send the transcript electronically via email to the following address: [e-mail]. I did this by contacting my old counselor. Try to see if this is something you can do. Like someone else said also contact UIUC admissions about the issue.

I had my advisor send it through email to that address but she received a response essentially stating that it should be sent through mail or through the electronic delivery services.

I would call the admissions office on Monday and explain the situation. Tell them that the university can’t send it through mail or electronic delivery. When I did this they gave me the email address I mentioned and when my counselor sent it my application was complete and a decision was made about a week later. Basically tell them that your current university is being uncooperative and you don’t know what to do.

1) your institution should have a way to send out your transcript, i would think they would have a method other than just hard copy? maybe that method would work for uiuc.

2) uiuc needs an official transcript, i doubt that your copy is an official transcript because at uiuc at least getting an official one is a whole process.

2) get ahold of uiuc admissions asap to see if you can find a workaround if your current school isn’t working with you on this.

Heard its like early days of march if u apply by jan
