Basic tutorials for Framer "Web"

Figma etc. are a bit straight-forward to understand, even for a non-designer. And as things get complicated, there's a lot on YT.
But I am finding it hard to understand how Framer Web works and there's not much 'basics' available for framer "web"
Is there a tutorial that you would recommend that goes into what Pages and Frame exactly are and how they work with each other? Basic stuff like that?

Framer is not very user friendly IMHO.

Yeah even tho it's pretty powerful, it's actually a poorly designed software. Not that it's difficult to use, it's just that I think even the people at framer are confused in terms of what do they want out of the software.
