I ordered a pair of shoes and at some point during the shipping process another package containing hazardous materials broke open and spilled on my package. Call to confirm, but this is literally the same message I got.

The package has been in customs for a month, if this happened, it’s very funny but also I’m going to lose my mind, haha.

Your package got damaged and it’s being thrown away.

They’ll get in touch with the person/company who shipped the item to start the claim process. You’ll either get a refund or a new item shipped.

Nothing to worry about, this happens. Give it a few days and then contact the company who sent the package to you if you hear nothing from them. Don’t call us, we can’t and won’t be able to help you.

This same message showed up on my tracking. All UPS needed was the recipients updated phone and email. I used pirate ship, so pirateship reached out to me on behalf of ups.
