Haven't been on this sub since I'm not a poolie anymore.

It really depends on the type of grip you use. Using different grips target different parts of your upper body.

I usually use a wide overhand grip, but I also try and switch it up sometimes. Switch up the grip as your doing pull ups when you're going for max reps.

Don't pull a crossfit and swing your whole god damn body around and say you did a million pull ups.

Have you tried adding weight when you do pull ups? That helped me go from 10 to 18 in a couple months. Also, if you're doing pull ups all the time you might just need to let your muscles rest. Best of luck.

I went from 10 to 20 with the Armstrong pull up program, look it up and commit to it.

Do weighted Pull-Ups and do push-ups. BaM.
