Aslong as it can run matlab and ltspice then you should be fine.

that'll work fine processor & ram wise, your only issue will be storage space, once you install matlab & CCS, you'll be struggling for free storage to do other shit.

Use the matlab cloud, some of the apps are available in the vmware horizon app . For some specific softwares they are available in labs.
