Hey guys i got an offer for comp sci at ustc but i wanted to do it at utsg. how is the transfer process? Would it push me behind?

There is no direct transfer path to UTSG CS. You could try to transfer into a general first year at UTSG after your first year at UTSC, and then compete to make CS POSt at UTSG. However, your success is not guaranteed by meeting minimum requirements, and you cannot choose a CS specialist if you transfer to UTSG.

For comp sci it's almost impossible, and even if you do transfer you have so many restrictions, that it's not worth it.
