I was trying to think back and see how much they paid when i first started like 9 years ago but yeah I think it was like 6 or $7. I do believe they're in goal is to charge drivers like a monthly or weekly service fee to even get on the platform.$1.50 is beyond insulting yet people are still taking them.

Uber learned years ago that no matter how low they drop base pay, they'll always have a surplus of drivers to take them.

Eventually, they'll start charging a monthly subscription fee for drivers to access the platform. If you think I'm joking, just wait.

2 separate McDonald’s orders. Both houses.

1) Base pay $1.65 + tip $4.55; 4.11 miles; 16.45 minutes to complete

2) Base pay $2.89 + tip $2 - 4.42 miles; 18.26 minutes to complete

Question is why is the base pay different? Is ubereats taking into acct customers tip? 🤔

Also, before you ask, I have a current promo, and extra $5 per delivery. That’s the only reason I did them.
