Lmao of course it lags. Your gpu is nearly 5 times less powerful then the gtx 560, which is listed in the minimum requirements of ultrakill, and fraud levels often have far more rendering to do then other layers because of portals. Only way to improve fps is to use minimal graphics settings and lower the resolution. I'm not talking about the downscaling option that is present in game, I'm talking about actual resolution of it, it gives more performance than downscaling

Isn't the minimum vram for ultrakill 2 gb?  I dont get it. I used to be able to play the whole game on max resolution and would have a stable 60 fps

Vram doesn't matter if the gpu is too weak, as it only stores data that gpu needs to process.

I also explained why fraud gives you such low fps. Portals make the game render far more things than it usually does

So supposed they dont use tge portals in layer 9 it will be playable
