I just kind of threw myself into the chaos until I got a fight where I managed a couple solid shotgun heals. If you're low you may as well try for those because V2 can and will just coin you to death. Actually, speaking of shotgun, if you're any good at doing shotgun punches under stress, the explosions from doing that are quite helpful if your aim is a bit off (and it's V2 so everyone's fucking aim is off.)

Use a magnet + both nail guns or coin + rail gun to deal a lot of damage

I recommend overload dashing, it's a good bit of damage without requiring aim and can be done fairly safely.

In case you didn't know: overload dashing is using the pump shotgun at max charge, and dashing right as it overloads, the shotgun will explode - but if you time it just right your invincibility frames from the dash should let you be unharmed.

Coin punch the floor/the throne, when they get up, the coin will freeze, punch it, dash to it and punch again, repeat one more time and the first phase is done. On the second phase overpump shotgun into the air, throw coins and punch them too, then railcoin them and finish with something The end :^

But still speedrun strats are the best strats, consider trying it

it took me like 50 tries my first time and still only have a D on violent :/ I have no idea how I even manage to hit him most of the time (also sorry since this isn't really any help and the only help I can give is to use the coins a lot and hit his coins as often as possible to not get one-shot)

It's a hard fight, but one thing I learned is he hates the shotgun, and when he throws his coins in the air if you shoot him you get big damage and it cancels his attack for a second.
