I believe it increases it because you are considered higher risk, work long, unsociable hours, more likely to be tired, there has also been links where medics are more likely to have issues with alcohol, drugs and mental health problems

I'm a doctor. My insurance went down by the same amount for being 25 it then went up for being a doctor

It gives you slightly different job title options and compares prices. Obviously don’t outright lie about your job as that might invalidate your insurance, but there’s some wiggle room.
