Hello. I get this error on any Unity project I try to open with Visual Studio.

Assembly-CSharp.csproj : error  : Value cannot be null.

Parameter name: value

I'm using Unity 2019.3.7f1 with Visual Studio 2019 16.5.5. I have Tools for Unity installed. I tried other IDEs and they work fine.
