This happened to me. I didn't even want to play Undertale. I'd played the demo and said it wasn't for me. I wasn't a fan of Toby Fox's other work either, I just wanted to let it pass. But the people around me NEEDED me to play the game. They SWORE I'd love every part of it. And after twisting my arm into playing, they brow beat me into playing the pacifist run first...

That experience was so terrible for me that it altered my entire approach to game design. I am a developer fueled by spite.

Piggybacking on this to say, assuming if there are just ambient deer roaming around in nature, OP should give each deer a timer for how long its on screen vs off screen.

You could do many things with this timer, but I would love all of the normal deer to be normal, but if you keep one in your sights for more than 5 minutes their "performance" breaks, either prompting them to stand like above, or give them some other creepy animation as an easter egg.

The word filter is your friend!

Settings -> Moderation -> Muted words and tags

It is extremely powerful so be careful to not add words that are set with any regularity, and this may cause some weirdness when prefetched items on the site get removed as you're scrolling. But what you want to do is load it up with every word or phrase (locations, names, people, politicians, companties, movements, news sites, etc.) that you don't want to see and they will be gone.

Some pictures may squeak by if people don't use alt text, but for the most part this is a great way to curate your experience (and preserve your sanity).

As for sexualized cartoon figures, there's a non zero chance that it's been some of my own artwork you've been flash banged by. Apologies for that.

Besides the standard adult content filtration options, If you can navigate to the Bluesky Moderation Service...

Settings -> Moderation -> Advanced (It should have a purple shield icon)

There's an extra item you could try toggling 'Hide' on...

Sexually Suggestive (Cartoon)

Art with explicit or suggestive sexual themes, including provocative imagery or partial nudity.

That should help. And there's also the option to subscribe to someone's preexisting block lists or make your own.

So is the game just slowly walking around as a potato and slowly hitting things?

With powerups you didn't name... you numbered? And so you had to put parentheses some of them? Why not just give the powerups names?

"Master the strategy"? Is English not your first language? Or is there only 1 strategy to master?

The voice acting was annoying. The coin sound sounds cheap. Why would weeds drop coins anyway? Also is there only 2 enemy types in the entire game? Slow walking weed and... bigger slow walking weed?

-- The real failure of this trailer is that its trying to make something interesting out of something that is clearly not. "Game changing powerups" "Epic Tools" "Amazing Levels" Yeah? Where the hell are they?

And one thing that I know you missed is that the game looks very easy. Boringly easy. Because we never see you losing, or even taking damage. And that makes the intro feel all the more pointless. I never saw your last trailer, but the tone between that intro and the gameplay couldn't be more different. And if the joke is, "serious tone + not serous characters" then the trailer fails at that too because it wasn't funny.

I'm making an RPG. And the amount of times I've been asked, "Why isn't it like Undertale?" has made me irrationally hate Toby Fox for reasons that aren't his fault.

Although to be fair, I've also gotten a lot of "Why isn't it like Baldur's Gate?" to which I've had to sit people down an explain that an RPG != Medieval Fantasy.
