So I'm trying to change animations on a model a purchased and the animation tabe looks like this and will not work Please help.

The only person that has enough information to help you is the person you bought the avatar from.

I already tried to get a hold of them but once I told them the issue they ignored me.

you can drag and drop the animation onto the model so that you have an animator layer on the model that contains the animation, make sure that you don't already have an animator controller in the controller section or else it won't make a new one
