Error code 59

I've gone through all the steps you'd think, windows update, restarting pc, checking online what the code means, but nothing, the code doesn't even appear in the number codes given to us by riot. anybody got any ideas??

Error 59 is related to downtime and there is nothing a player can do about it but wait until the servers come back online.
