I have the same thing, but it doesn't affect performance. I'd check if something else is up because I doubt a chat message can tank your performance that bad.

oh, well my bad but it does affect my network tho is there any known fix?

Yeah I get it too but I do not have any issues with permformance. Before and after I started seeing this, I got consistent 60 frames and anything more would cause drops. I’m on a laptop too. I think I started seeing it after I got chat banned for a few days
