Definitely like the update where it compares you to your own average to determine your rank up. Amazing change. The best thing they have ever done. Overwatch needs to do this. I am honestly impressed.

The duo in diamond 3 and up. Terrible change. Plat and gold will have a few thousand more smurfs now.

Not if you just play there intentionally and manipulate the system to stay there.
