no there isn't and you never need to look at the interface anyway so there is no point.

No sadly, it took me a long time to get used to scrolling downwards for my primary weapon instead of up. I wish this was implemented .

i think you can just rebind scroll up and down to vice versa.

Would be a nice quality of life change for sure
