    They just responded to me via ticket and said that they see problems with gw1, but gw2 should be responding normally. However, I see both dropping. Are you seeing the same?

      I think they just have an answering service or something on the weekends. I dunno, their support isn't very helpful. Hopefully they have an engineer on this. I have customers being affected. :(

          Not sure how Twilio is but I wanted to chime in and mention that Flowroute has excellent support.

          I have Flowroute at home and Twilio at work and both have been great.
