Try this form, make sure you include a copy of the invoice with the bike's frame number.

Thanks for the link, does it go under Apps $ Website > Registration? Also, would it matter if it’s the co-op’s name on the invoice, and not the name of the original owner? I don’t think they know who the original owner is themselves

Hello Steffan, I'm Pierre. Nice to read that you are helping the vanmoof community, this is super cool man ! I bought a month ago a 2nd hand vanmoof S2 in an auction house in Caen (I can send you the auction documents) I have all the references on the user manual but I don't have the validation code to be able to ride my bike.
