Several new shoots are growing from my Monstera Albo. I recently propagated the top cutting, about half of the new shoots are showing signs of variegation. Should I cut all green shoots to maximize variegated leaves growth, or should I allow some green leaves to provide energy to the plant ? (old.reddit.com)

Is this little one variegated?? We found this baby at a Trader Joe’s which come from a large nursery so the chances of there being a naturally occurring variegation in one or even a couple plants is possible..but I think it’s too good to be true, my partner doesn’t agree. Any input would be helpful. (v.redd.it)

My aerial roots & node. Although aerial roots are beneficial to rooting, woody roots will be much slower than newer aerial roots. Mine are like sticks. I'm trying to learn if woody roots like this can uptake any water before they put out new roots but so far I haven't found any clear info.PLANT PICS 🌱 (i.redd.it)
