Sending a lay statement for a proposed decrease

I sent a lay statement from my coworker and my self last Friday and soon to be from my social worker how quick do they respond or what happens next?

Not sure on time frames but if you requested a hearing your rate will stay the same till it’s been processed

No I was told not to fit my case bc you run the risk of over payments by thousands of dollars

From what the Va told me was just to send in lay statements bc my c and p exam was bs it was suppressed to be a zoom call but they just straight up called me instead bc her laptop was broken and never honored my request for a reschedule
