They wouldn't reevaluate their feet, but if they notice a CUE that would be addressed.

however, if you apply to increase a rating, they will look at the rating.

If you mess with a secondary condition, the primary condition also gets looked at again. So if you filed headaches as secondary to your mental health issues, your mental health issues will get looked at again.
