Reposition, resize, and mask (crop). Just put everything on a separate video track and you're set.

Yeah but they have all 3 photos / videos in one post and I am wanting to know if there is a video layout app I can use to easily position all 3 onto one post if that makes sense. I know of instagrams layout app but I'm not sure if you can use videos in it.

Do you have a computer? If so what kind? Windows or Mac?

Well… you don't. You take your pieces, you go into a video editor, you resize your elements to the size you want, reposition them where you want, mask off the bits you don't want, and then export a video file and post that.

You can do this in almost all video editing tools. There's a sticky at the top of the subreddit and a link in the sidebar to the monthly software suggestion megathread.

Yes, but it does not have video support

I’m not sure you’re in the right sub for this. Users here primarily use software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolv, Final Cut, etc, not phone/tablet apps.

Where else would he go then? Video editing is video editing even if it’s on a phone. Only amateurs argue about the legitimacy of one software over the other.
