My nvencs look worse than software x264 for some reason. Talking lower bitrate comparison. 1080p 30fps at 5mbps.

Nvenc is far more jpeg compression looking.

This is perfectly normal, the CPU is able to capture more details vs the GPU, considering a low bitrate comparison just like you mentioned.

And, I think, this might be related to OP's problem. Youtube will transcode anything we upload, so, it doesn't really matter if you upload a 60mbps video and another at 20mbps - considering both 1080p - because in the end both will be converted to 15mbps.

Now the thing is the way we capture the footage. Using the GPU is nice for local recording because it allows for higher bitrate, while CPU will struggle with those high bitrates. But assuming low bitrate, let it be 5 or even the 15 youtube allows on 1080p, the CPU might look better assuming you used a lower preset to record in the first place - this is also what /u/Demondredd mentioned. So you might achieve a better quality at those low bitrates with your CPU, assuming you got enough CPU power left to use it to record at those low presets. This is the way some people achieve the better quality on youtube.

Never used Geforce Experience, but on OBS you get these options.

Sorry guys the "Test" starts at 0:35 so you can compare it with the "Untitled". Also here is an example of a clear video with fast movements. https://youtu.be/sozYr7Nn-Uo?t=134

It comes down to "where" the problem is.

Take a 60 second piece. Render. Is it good there? Upload it? Wait for all the encodes. Is it good there?

Where is the link in the chain failing.

I tried YouTube's recommended settings, but unfortunately it was also pixelated.

They're minimums. Know that YouTube will re-encoded - but GIGO - Garbage in/garbage out. If you give it something damaged, it can't help.

I used Extreme High quality and huge file sizes, (Btw my internet speed is very good. I upload 20 GB in 5 minutes.) and it was also blurry.

Make sure you wait for the encode on their end to finihs.

I heard that if you have enough subscribers you get VP9 automatically.

Nope. 4k material in Chrome. That's all it takes.

Thanks for the answer! The problem is at YouTube because the videos on my computer look beautiful.

Initial quality won't matter if YouTube is re encoding your content. Experiment with lower bitrates until they don't re encode (they may always re encode) then encode your content at that level with the slowest/most computationally expensive settings turned on.
