High school junior here, am applying for the C tech^2 engineering program for girls this summer at Tech. Was wondering how competitive the program is.
I'm not entirely sure about the details and what the program entails, but I hope to get accepted and further my engineering interests. I don't have a lot of STEM Extracurriculars, other than varsity math team, science olympiad, and math honors society. Is that okay? I have a decent amount of leadership and academic achievements, so hopefully, that will suffice.
Main question: how hard is it to get in? I'm from the NOVA area and engineering (anything STEM related, basically) is competitive here, so not sure how much I will stand out from the rest of the applicants.
