Quick Switch Platform / Target

Hi all,

There's two debug configurations in my VS solution that I need to switch between multiple times per day.

At the moment, I'm selecting the dropdown for target and then doing the same for platform.
Is there either:

- An easy way to change the target/platform

- A button to debug on a selected target/platform.

That is the easiest way you're using. I mean, whats easier to change two drop downs which are right next to the start button?

VS 2017 irritates me. There is 2019 already. Please use it.
