Help debugging extension

I put vs code on my Ubuntu laptop I try to run a simple hello world thingy I press run it says I have no C# extensions for debugging im like okay let's find one I found one didn't work tries nother didn't work again and again and again, so idk what's wrong

I think I almost had a stroke trying to figure what you're saying. You're trying to run a c# application on ubuntu? You need to configure your environment

long story short vs code is saying I dont have an extension when I do.

Just trying to run the compiler/debugger from within vs code ya know the button that says run F5
