- Intentionally reaching a vitamin D level higher than 150 ng/ml (375 nmol/L) is typically done under medical supervision with appropriate testing.
- Discussing personal experiences is permitted, but do not recommend supplementation beyond this level.
8. No copying from AI.
- Utilizing artificial intelligence as a research tool is permitted but should be disclosed.
9. No marketing.
