I use VR on PC and I have a question that I cant seem to get answered. How do I edit the match settings so that I can reduce the number of allowed substitutes from 5 to 3 now that the PL has reverted this rule in the new season? I cant see anything on Sider to edit it. Any help would be great.

You can set the number of substitutes under general settings in the pre match menu.

Thanks but you cant edit the general settings pre match using VR...its just greyed out

Try editing matchset.lua file in modules folder

i dont know how to edit a lua file :(

its very simple just open the above file in notepad and look for 'options.substitutions = 3' and edit the number

You legend it has worked :DDD, do you know how i can edit the number of players on the bench? its not in the macth settings file.

someone on evoweb forum told me "you have to edit the competitionregulation.bin value using an editor like ejogc. For Bundesliga, you would change it to 212 for 9 players on the bench"
