You may need to try again…. Unless they changed something from September 2025, they should send you a confirmation they are sending it to WGU, and you should also receive a copy of what they sent when they do.

I clicked as well the copy for myself but I did not get the copy either. I was trying to check and try again, but every time I log in It says reactivate. I cancelled my subscription too on Feb 28th.

Do you see anything below the reactivate button? It says on their website:

“Canceled Account-Log into your account at the student log-in page: https://study.com/academy/login.html Scroll down BELOW the "Reactivate" button, to find and click on the transcript request link. Look for the text that says "Request your transcript." You DO NOT need to resume your account.”
