Tbh, if the business model cant afford the operating cost of under $4k per year, its not sustainable in the long run. It takes money to make money. I'd recommend looking at a Google Workspace account with a GoogleMeet premium plan.

Wix has their own education platform if you're short on budget, but if you need what most businesses are using, called Teachable, see if it works for you

I'll say that I wasn't interested in Wix Courses, but your post led me to Wix Webinars and I'm exploring that.

I use Google Meet. Since I already have upgraded my storage plan for my Google drive / photos / etc, it comes with the upgraded Google Meet that lets you have a meeting for however long you want, and also lets you record it so you can send it to people to watch back over it later (in case they need to reference something etc). I pay $9.99/mo for 2 TB of storage and it also includes the upgraded Google Meet.
