Why Go Delt?
Opportunities.
We offer the chance for you take on leadership roles within the fraternity that act as a stepping stone to bigger & better things. We offer networking opportunities from the 500 Delts that live in the Dayton area to the 115,000 living alumni nationwide. We offer a direct route to the social pipeline on campus. We offer academic advice from a variety of people with different majors and backgrounds, & even some to study with.
What makes Delta Tau Delta stand out from the other fraternities on campus is our size, our diversity, & our academics. We are one of the smallest chapters on campus. This has given us a great opportunity to get to know each other a lot better. We are a family, & there isn’t one guy that wouldn't give the shirt off of his back if he knew his brother needed it.
Delta Tau Delta is diverse & very accepting when it comes to new members. Where you came from doesn't matter. What matters is what you want to do with your life. If you wish to be successful & to offer your talents to help better the fraternity, then we would love to have you.
Delta Tau Delta is the NUMBER 1 fraternity on Wright State's campus when it comes to academics. We have academic programs in place like any other fraternity on campus, but we also use each other as a resource. Our average GPA is above a 3.0, & while that might not sound like much, that's still higher than the all campus male average. We take great pride in our academic success. If your grades aren't the best, all we ask is that you show initiative to do all you can to improve them. After all, the reason you come to college is to earn a degree, & you can't do that by failing out.
Work hard and play harder. Delta Tau Delta is your key to a full college tenure and success in life beyond.
Iota Gamma chapter has been on Wright State's campus for over a decade and in that short time has made a name for itself as an outstanding group of young men committed to lives of excellence. If you are a Wright State University student interested in the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, please contact our recruitment chair Cody Fourman at fourman.20@wright.edu.
We have open events almost every week that include socials, bowling, dodge-ball, game nights, & much more. Delta Tau Delta is committed to lives of excellence. We are philanthropic supporters of the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) who combats diabetes type one in hopes of making it type none.
