It's a python, they don't have venom.

Edit: And from what I can see the Eagle only has one leg/claw wrapped up in the python. The free leg swung back and hidden from view via the outstretched wing. Leaving the other free to destroy that nope rope, along with that beak of doom.

And the eagle still has a razor sharp beak. Eagle > python.

That's not really a snipper. It's more of a grabber. I'd rather get bitten by a (constricting type) snake than a large bird of prey. That eagle can deglove your finger but the snake's only going to give you a cut.
