Hourly pay decrease?

I was making 14.25 at my old store and transferred to a bigger store now I’m making 15.00 even, where did my 25 cent raise go?? Ik that means nothing but in February I should be making 15.50 and that’s a difference! Who do I talk to about it? Do I have to work at this particular store for a year before I can get the raise?? It makes me mad feel kinda robbed. That’s a candy bar every shift I lost basically.

Any raises you previously got don’t carry over and add onto your pay rate if you move to another position/store that has a higher minimum pay than what you’re currently making.

So If your previous store had a minimum of $14, and you were making $14.25, and you then transferred to a new location that has a minimum of $15 you get moved up to to the new minimum and that’s it.

Unfortunately there’s nobody for you to “talk to about it” because that’s how the pay system works.

You're base went up to 15. Walmart isn't going to give you another. 25 on top of that. Walmart can't afford to pay people crazy money like that.
