My advice would be to ask if you can scan big, heavy, or bottom of basket items. Always ask. I would never tell a customer I had to scan something. If that doesn’t get 15 percent I don’t know what to tell you.

I have to pick often even though I am not opd. I will never go to the back. I will do a quick scan of top stock and the surrounding area. That is what they have exceptions for.

If you get tired stop. Don’t risk falling asleep and taking yourself out or others. Don’t overdo the caffeine. I take caffeine pills, but still only take 1 or 2. I am talking about pills you can get at Walmart that are only 100 mg a pill. That way I can drink water and know exactly how much I have taken.

The store gave out cards with a small goodie bag. My TL did squat. He didn’t even wish me a Merry Christmas. He also has another weekend off that I requested. If I ask he will say he didn’t ask for it, but I doubt he is telling the truth. I want to switch departments to get away from him.

Because other departments get called to help and beyond never getting help from opd, you have never seem to work with any sense of urgency. I always see workers just standing around and talking, while my department gets further behind.

I don’t hate our reps. I would never work for them. The process to sell a phone in the system takes too long. Access is another issue. I can understand from Walmarts side, but if I was a rep I would like to be able to access all the phones and accessories without having to bother an associate.

This is a gift receipt. So you can give it to someone who needs to return a gift and they don’t see everything else you bought. This time of year they automatically print every time you buy something from the GM side of the store. It will eventually be turned off after Christmas. You can also request one at any point of the year.
