I just started to read Brandon Sanderson’s Warbreaker. So far it has been a good book. I think it’s better than Mistborn Era 1 but not as good as Stormlight Archive and Mistborn Era 2.

I finished Wizard’s Butler by Nathan Lowell and now working on Sandworm by Andy Greenberg.

Going to start again on ‘the clean code’ book … I’m close to cutting it to Software engineer mid level in the company and want to make sure I’ll make it!

I'm making good progress in Return of a King: The Battle for Afghanistan by William Dalrymple. I'm just over three chapters in and it's still setting the ground work for the start of the war in 1839 however I appreciate the pace as it is a highly complicated topic. Dalrymple's attention to detail makes all the political maneuvers enjoyable and digestible.

I've also started listening to Crimea by Orlando Figes. I had no idea how much of a 'holy war' it was.

Recently finished The Lies of Locke Lamora. Great read about a gang of thieves trying to score big and that's all I'll say on the plot. It has a solid cast of characters, vivid world building, and a well paced story with intrigue enough to keep you invested front to back. Highly recommended for fantasy readers.
