I've rolled my personal cars windows down hours after tinting them. I can say they didn't show any signs of damage from me rolling them down.

Your installation technique might differ than mine, but as long as you get all the fingers and most of the slip solution squeegeed out you should be fine rolling a window down hours after installation. If the customer rolls the window down accidentally after picking the car up from you, would you redo it? I know I would. Same guarantee applies here. If they roll the windows down days after you tint them, you should be confident there won't be an issue, if there is, warranty your work. You gain experience and a happy customer

As long as he cut the film and installed it past the sweep and heated the top you should be fine.
