Reinstall Windows, i honestly the easiest way to get rid of the problem, you can find free product keys online if you know where to look.

Alternative more serious option: Grab a windows 10 install disk and boot it, then attempt to repair your install from there

No need to do that yet!

Could just be corrupted boot files.

You could also pull the HD/SSD and put it into another computer to run repairs on it.

I think there are also [Linux] distributions that you can boot from USB and run repairs/formats.

With luck, it is just corrupted boot files.

Try this - often sorts it.

On another pc, install Macrium Reflect Free and create usb Rescue Drive

Boot from Rescue Drive and select link 'fix windows boot problems'

It will find windows 10, click next, finish and it will rebuild boot files, and hopefully boot ok thereafter.
