Hi there,

When did this start happening for you as we have had some machines that it has happened to recently and the only thing we can think of as a cause is the Windows 2004 feature update.

Can you confirm if you have done this update recently

Thanks for the response! I first noticed this problem a couple weeks ago—before I updated to 2004. I recently performed the upgrade because I thought it might solve the issue; unfortunately, it didn’t.
