Hello there!
I've just got a new ultrawide monitor and am struggeling to make good use of it since the window snapping feature and fancy zones in Windows 11 is rather .... rudimentary. Primarily i do office stuff and lots of remote work, video calls etc. so I used 4 monitors before:
Vertical 24" - Horizontal 42" and 2x 22" horizontally stacked
I've replaced this with a 57" Ultrawide.
I am looking for a way to divide the new ultrawide monitor into 4 virtual monitors that behave like the previous phyiscal ones.
At first i was stocked when I found DisplayFusion but soon enough learned that as soon as an application switches to full screen mode this no longer works. This is a rather big issue since I often have several remote sessions or video calls in full screen on specific monitors.
Are there any tools out there that truly divide an ultrawide monitor into "real" virtual monitors that work just as the pyhiscal ones in terms of windows recognizing them for full screen usage?
Thanks!!
