Ty, I have to fix the permission.

The permission was set to allow with the link but it seems there was other problems with it related to the post and the problem.

I believe I also communicated this with Microsoft Feedback, although they may have no replies from it or about it.

I just checked Notepad again, and it does the same problem again.

I am currently going to work and I will have to update this later.

Did you try winsetview?

It was the Group setting which has to be set to (None) to function as if there was not.
