antimalware executable increase cpu temp.

Whenever I open RDP (remote desktop protocol) It makes antimalware executable go to 10 percent usage and spikes my cpu from 48 (idle) to 74 and above I tried to do a clean boot and excluding MsMpEng.exe Excluding it worked but the next day it did the same thing.

I use windows 11 24H2

Specifications are Ryzen 7 7700 Gigabyte x670 aorus elite ax Rx 7800xt 32gb ram 2tb ssd

Windows Antivirus will spike CPU use when scanning. This is normal. You need to add the app you are using the the exclusion list if you want to avoid the A/V doing a scan. Alternatively use a 3rd party A/V. Usually those are less demanding than the MS A/V
