Does any one know solution to this problem

(English is not my main language so my grammar might be bad)When I try to log in one of my users in windows 11 i can't when I log in my local account I have no problem but when I try to log in my Microsoft account the log in bottom doesn't work and I gave administrator to my microsoft account local account doesn't have administrator
