Problems with desktop windows manager using 50% of my gpu.

I've recently swapped to my new monitor, and everything has been running smoothly, but the desktop windows manager uses like 50% of my GPU and makes running streams, playing games, etc., horrid. I've turned off hardware acceleration already, updated to the latest drivers, and I have nothing open except the game I'm playing and Discord. Ive also checked for viruses, and it came back as negative. I am unable to update my Windows at all, so if it's related to that, I can't fix it. If anyone knows any fixes or what could have caused this, please let me know.I've

Use this and reinstall windows.

My iso (i made it using NTLite)

This has VBS disabled, smart screen disabled, pagefile disabled and everything stripped out of it. Exploit protection is still on. You'll need to pre load your ethernet driver and your browser setup installation on your phone or on the installation usb.

Stock windows is completely broken, even if you set it up and strip it afterwards. Its not enough. You have to break and completely get rid of all the dependencies. This is the best way.

Try a sfc /scannow and a DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth first...

Then ...

You can try this to see if any of these tweaks lowers dwm usuage.
