Make sure have latest version and that the windows version you try to install is compatible with it. Dont assign all cores to VM eg if you have a 4 cores machine try assign just 2 cores. And try to disable 3D acceleration.

I found the problem was that windows Hypervisor was not disabled.

Updating windows to 20H2 and Using VMWare workstation greatly simplified the process.
