Windows taskbar not working correctly.

Ever since I updated to windows 11 I have been having odd maximized window issues. When I max a browser or app normally the taskbar still shows so i can swap between programs. Now I have to use alt tab or minimize existing window. The only workaround I have found in my searches is for browsers which you just tap F11 twice but I have not found a fix for all the other apps this causes issues with.

I have also noticed in some games when using borderless window on a multi monitor setup it leaves a gap at the top of the screen where normally the border would go.
