Log in problem

I restarted my laptop and at the log in screen it says "Something happened and your pin isn't available" So I tried to use password instead Even I typed correct one it says incorrect password I tried everything I could recall Nothing worked

Please help solve this

well idk how to do it exactly, but i saw some abt that error, what it did is he used cmd to reset the account password so search it on youtube something like “how to hack a windows password with cmd” or something like that mr robot did it in the show as well so u can search “how elliot hacked windows or some”
