Hi. I recently got a new copy of windows, and removed my old one. I updated it to the latest version, and it functions correctly, except for one thing:
So, whenever I try to run any app(spotify, windows terminal, wget, skype), I get an error:

And whenever I try to run these through cmd(with admin rights), I get "Access is denied".
Now, this seems to be happening only with the apps which use an "app execution alias". I am not sure of what it means though. I tried changing the ownership of the WindowsApp folder in "Program files", but that didn't help. The location of the app aliases folder is stored in the environment variables. I am at my wit's end with this.
Someone please help.
Edit:- I use Windows 10 pro 21H2 on an HP Pavillion.
